Casero Margarita
If you haven't been to The Castro yet---RUN, don't walk. Their margaritas alone are worth the trip. The Castro Margarita? Hands down the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, dangerously smooth, and honestly, I'm still thinking about it days later. The tacos are next-level delicious. I'm obsessed with the Al Pastor---juicy, flavorful, and everything you want in a taco. And don't even get me started on the Baja Shrimp Taco... pure perfection with that perfect crunch and burst of flavor. Oh, and the rice and beans? How do they make something so simple taste so good? Comfort in a bowl. Every single dish feels like someone's proud family recipe, and the vibes are just as warm and inviting. This place has officially earned a spot on my "must visit" list---and if you see me back there weekly, mind your business. ??

These are the best margaritas - ever! We love coming weekly to have them!
Birria Taco
I love the birria tacos. The meat is nice and tender. The cheese is nice and crispy on the tortilla. The dipping broth has so much flavor. It's not greasy and it's very comforting to eat. My first bite is heaven. I love many other items on the menu but this one is my favorite.
